Are your gummies gluten-free?
All of our Gummies that are made in our factory are made in their own separate area making them peanut, tree nut, and gluten free. We have also conducted testing that ensures this product is gluten free and we are compliant with government regulations.
What if my favorite product is out of stock?
You may sign up to receive an e-mail as soon as they are available to purchase. Just search for the desired product and click the “Email Me When This Product Becomes Available” link to enter your e-mail address.
Do you offer any coupons & discounts?
Please take the opportunity to sign up for our monthly email blast. When you sign up, you will also receive 10% off your first online order as well as occasional offers/discounts toward your online orders.
Are your gummies vegan?
All of our gummies are made with gelatin that is derived from pork. We apologize for any inconvenience this may be.
What exactly are your 12 flavors?
The following flavors are represented in our 12 Flavor Gummi Bear® assortment:

Why can't I find all the candy you sell in your store online as well?
Our website currently only has the items that we manufacture on it. It does not have any of the other distributed items that you may have seen in our retail store. If you would like to order any of those items though, give us a call at 219-947-3070 ext. 352 and we can take your order over the phone for them.
Where is your factory located?
We are conveniently located 40 miles east of Chicago and about 2 hours north of Indianapolis in the town of Merrillville, Indiana!
How do I know if a gummi is from Albanese?
Our iconic soft; flavorful attributes will be a for sure giveaway but also, all of our gummies get the “A” stamp of approval! That’s why they call us “The Gummi with the “A” on the Tummy”.
Does Albanese make more than just gummies?
We sure do! We also make our own chocolate as well as roast and salt nuts and make our own mixes!
It's hot where I live, will my order melt?
We package your order with extra care during warm months and when sending to warmer climates, we pack our candy carefully with insulation and ice packs to keep products in the best condition.
What do I do if my product(s) arrives melted?
If your product(s) arrives melted, we ask you to send a picture of the melted product to shipping team at retails@albaneseconfectionery.com within 24 hours of receiving your package. We’ll assist you in receiving a replacement or a refund.
Do you offer Factory Tours?
No, we do not offer tours of our factory. We do have footage from our gummi and chocolate production displayed at our Factory Store Location.
I have food allergies; can I eat your gummies?
Yes! All our gummies are free of the top 8 major allergens - Dairy, Soy, Wheat, Egg, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Fish, and Shellfish.
Are your products Kosher/Halal?
Yes, many of Gold Label Chocolates, Mixes, and Nutmeats are certified Kosher/Halal. Our Gummies are not Kosher.
