Sometimes you create a new product and think "Wow this is something special." And then sometimes you take that product to a gathering of the leading candy manufacturers and panel of elite taste tasters taste your product and award it the Most Innovative New Product. Yep that happened!

Last week at the annual Sweets & Snacks Expo the who's who of the candy industry gathered to debut new products, taste-test favorites, and share a sweet time. Yes we are still on a sugar high!

Albanese Candy participated, introducing our new Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Peanuts. These bite sized candies have it all, featuring a crunchy Virginia Peanut wrapped in creamy Peanut Butter and covered with luscious Albanese Milk Chocolate. What more could you want?

And in 1st Place ...

Out of hundreds of products submitted, a panel of industry experts selected our Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Peanuts as a finalist for the Most Innovative New Product in the Chocolate category. And, expo attendees agreed voting for Albanese Candy over big name candy manufacturers like Hershey's and Mars.
